I have a just-turned 5 year old and she loves loves loves this app! And I love that she picks it over all the others during her play time each day. Yeah math!

This is great math brain game for little ones in preK and kindergarten.

Ive downloaded several math apps for my young children. This is by far the most innovative and best. They love the rewards they get for completing lessons. They love building the little monsters and making more friends. Superb app. I wish theyd develop one for letters and words. And it would also be free :)

My kindergartener no longer asks to watch videos on my phone. He just wants to play "my math journey." Numbers are his thing, and this app is perfect. It learns along with him & increases in difficulty as he successfully completes tasks. Highly recommended!

This is a great app and I have found it to be very helpful with my four-year-old. There is enough fun and games paired with some math concepts that the experience worthwhile and fun for everybody. The technique that the app uses for teaching subtraction is phenomenal. I have some minor criticisms, below, but for anybody else reading this review i want to make it clear that these are relatively minor criticisms and I think that the app is very much worthwhile, especially if you have preschoolers are kindergartners who are being introduced to early math concepts like addition, subtraction, etc. My main criticism is that some of the concepts can be somewhat complex for very young users. Kids go from counting forwards and backwards to counting by twos, fives, and tens. For the very youngest kids that can be very confusing and they can get stuck. I wish there was someway to introduce them to the concept in a gradual manner, as opposed to suddenly confronting them with the problem. I dont know how this might be done, but if there is a way to do this I have a feeling the fine folks who created this app will find a way.

As a first grade teacher, I cannot say enough good things about this app. It differentiates based on the needs of the child, uses essential math awareness activities, has short and easy activities for the students to engage in, and rewards the kids for a job well done with the build a monster pieces. The ONLY thing I would like to see is a "report card" like section in the parents section to tell what skills the child has mastered and their levels. I use this for a special ed student now, but cannot wait to get the app on all our students iPads. Is there a bulk discount? :D. Thanks!

My 3yr old really enjoys this app. Cute animations and my son doesnt even realize he is learning while playing it!

My four year old loves game. He especially likes to get to the spinner. I feel it has really helped his number sense.

Just downloaded this app from Apps Gone Free! I am a kindergarten teacher and have an IPAD classroom. Cant wait to try it out on my students. Love that the app avoids doing the same thing over and over again. Rather, it throws a variety of brain boosting, number sense exercises to the user. Best app Ive downloaded for my class this year, as I am only allowed freebies!

Great app for 5 and 6.

this app helps keeping small kids entertained while teaching math in a fun way

Just downloaded this for my kindergarten to use for extra practice but the game crashes after just the first mini game. From what little Ive seen, it looks fun. But its not useable at all right now. So disappointed.

Im not sure the reviews since the update are accurate. They are vague and just repeat the descirption! We just downloaded this for my kindergarten and played the first game. He really liked it but then it crashed and just turned itself off. Now every single time you complete the first mini level, it just shuts off and brings you back to the homepage. This makes it completely useless.

We have been thru countless apps before finding this one which came recommended by our 1st grade teacher. My child always goes to this one first. It keeps him challenged and engaged. I would love to get some kind of report card thought on where my, child is at on a weekly basis. Thanks!

Lots of fun for my 4 yo- challenging, but not so hard as to be frustrating (at least with a little help). Lately, though, its started giving problems without solutions (no correct option in the multiple choice qs), and sometimes not even giving a button to answer the question. Looks like a new update, but its utterly broken the app.

For the age group this game says its created for it seems to be missing a vital piece of the learning puzzle. Vocalization of the number names and the counting would go a long way towards correlating the visual to the audible sounds of different numbers. Otherwise it looks promising.

I’m a scientist who studies how children learn math, so I’m especially picky about the math apps that I choose for my kids. Unfortunately, the majority of the apps I try end up being very disappointing. But not this one. I love this app. It builds so many really crucial foundational math and problem solving skills, and my daughter (4.5 years) loves playing it.

Love this app. My kids play it All the time. But there is NO sound. Ive deleted it and redownloaded it, but no luck. If the sound worked I would give it 5 stars

The latest update causes the ap to crash every time I open it. Please fix! Its a really great teaching game that my daughter loves.
